Together, they have embarked on the joint development of several landmark projects, including flagship ventures on Dubai Island and in Meydan. 

With extensive expertise and firsthand experience navigating multiple real estate cycles, our leadership team brings a nuanced understanding of the local market. Their track record includes personal involvement in iconic developments such as the award-winning Dubai Hills mansion, as well as the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estate community — a collection of 84 golf-course-facing villas, meticulously curated and designed, which was later acquired by a leading quasi-government entity.

Alongside strategic alliances with leading designers and consultants, Manodev is poised to deliver over 1 million square feet of built-up area (BUA) in the next 24–30 months.
